In this episode, Jason Priest talks about the fourth and final core pillar of health – fitness! This is the fourth episode of the four core pillars of health. The 4 pillars of health include: sleep, stress management, nutrition, and fitness.
Once you have the first three pillars of health dialed in, then you can focus on your fitness. If you do not ensure that you are practicing the first 3 pillars you will not achieve optimal results and you will have a harder time losing weight/reaching your health goals. Don’t underestimate walking as a form of exercise. Work toward gradually progressing toward a consistent routine. Jason recommends going to the gym at least 4 days a week and details his weekly fitness roadmap.
