Let’s face it.
Most people dread 🤦♂️ Mondays.
But Mondays are an opportunity to lay the foundation for the week.
Start Mondays off strong and you’ll build massive momentum for the entire week.
Slack off on Mondays and if gives you built-in excuses for the rest of the week.
A few examples:
𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 – work out on Monday and the chances are much higher you’ll work out on Tuesday.
Skip Monday’s workout and you’ll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday.
𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – make good choices on Monday and you’ll have more incentive to make good choices on Tuesday.
Eat like crap on Monday and you’ll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday.
𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 – get to bed at a good time on Monday, you’ll feel a lot better and be more inspired to keep that going on Tuesday.
Ignore the importance of sleep on Monday, you’ll have a built-in excuse on Tuesday to not get to bed.
Health habits have a compounding effect and every decision counts.
But when you don’t experience immediate results it can be very tempting to let your guard down and slack off.
This also has a compounding effect and can spiral out of control quicker than you expect.
That’s why 👇
𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐎𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 . . .
Will lead to massive success every week.
Make this week great 💯
